Uniforms at JKA Academy are Mandatory!

"Please note that uniforms are mandatory for the Houses of Kadesh, Zorah, and Canaan. You can order them online using links provided or purchase them from a retail outlet as long as they are the correct shade of gray. Uniform shoes, House of Kadesh plaid jumper and plaid tie are also mandatory and cannot be substituted. All polos and cardigans must have the appropriate House logo embroidery on the upper left side of the chest. House of Kadesh students must wear polos tucked in at all times, with khaki (tan) bottoms only. On Fridays, spirit shirts can be worn with either jeans shorts or pants. Newly enrolled students must comply with the uniform policy within 14 days of enrollment, with no exceptions beyond 20 days to avoid school interruption."

Why do we wear UNIFORMS?

JKA Academy recognizes the advantages of implementing a school uniform policy. By requiring uniforms, we aim to foster a sense of unity and community among our students, which can contribute to a positive learning environment. Moreover, we believe that uniforms can help reduce the amount of competition and bullying that may occur, particularly among our younger students. Additionally, we acknowledge that uniforms can help level the playing field for students from different socioeconomic backgrounds, as everyone is dressed in the same.
